Executive Retreats on the Lazy EL Ranch

Often times, companies need to build a solid team among key executives or important clients.  Stepping out of the comfortable world of routines and deadlines can be a powerful way to build stronger relationships and teamwork.  Whether the need is relaxing solitude in a Montana paradise or establishing cohesive bonding among a central cohort of individuals, the Lazy EL may be exactly what you need.  As the sole group on 12,000 acres, the opportunities are as endless as the terrain you will ride.

We are products of our environments and choosing the appropriate setting for an executive retreat is an important decision.  The Lazy EL provides an opportunity to connect with both the land and with those around you.  While nothing that we do here could be classified as simple, there is a raw sense of purpose and accomplishment that comes after a day of hard work on the ranch.  Being able to disconnect from the hustle of everyday life while, at the same time, connecting with the satisfaction that comes from moving 2,300 cattle is an opportunity to take serious strides towards whatever goal you wish to accomplish.

Let us know your vision and we will accommodate.  Groups can participate in our regular routine, bring their own facilitator, or work with us to establish solidarity through the cowboy world of horsemanship and stockmanship.   The owners have over 15 years of experience facilitating groups and can tailor the gathering whether you are wanting to do strategic planning, informal bonding, or develop your central staff and decision makers.

As each group is unique, prices vary depending on the need and experience requested.  Please contact us and outline your perfect retreat and together we will personally design a memorable encounter for your group or company.

The textbook was published by the University of Utah Press.

Jael led a group of socially minded native and non-native non-profit leaders in developing Four Times Foundation, a non-profit organization that provided equity capital for reservation based Indians to start businesses. In five years, Four Times Foundation became one of the top ten best privately funded non-profits operating in Indian Country and had a track record of business success that surpassed the national average, despite...
